Valerie Tan
Physiotherapist
She completed her Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in Malaysia before going on to complete her Level 1 Sensory Integration from the UK.
After practising for 3 years, Valerie found her interests in Baby Massage and Primitive Reflex Integration. She focuses on building a dedicated team of therapists and teachers at TES in order to serve the community and bring the company to greater heights.

Penny Gumbel
Speech & Language Therapist
Penny has over 200 hours of advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders including the Sequential-Oral-Sensory (SOS) Approach, CAN-EAT Approach, Beckman Oral Motor Therapy, NOMAS Scale, and MBSImP. Penny is a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Program. She has worked in hospitals, schools and clinics with children who have difficulties eating. Penny has presented at conferences throughout the United States on topics including feeding skills, speech & language development, and providing support to families.

Clinical Psychologist
Tiffany is a Clinical Psychologist who obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She strongly believes in a holistic approach and is trained in assessments, diagnosis, and interventions to address psychological, cognitive, emotional, developmental, and behavioral concerns.

Anis Arsyida
Occupational Therapist
Anis is an occupational therapist who completed her degree in Occupational Therapy from University Technology Mara. As an experienced paediatric occupational therapist with more than four years of dedicated practice, she has honed her skills in assessing and supporting children with diverse developmental needs.
Her journey began with a passion for helping children reach their full potential in daily activities, from play to school tasks and self-care.

Jean-Baptiste joined The Energy Source’s Early Intervention Programme in September 2019 as well as one-to-one physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and music therapy sessions. Since then, his progress has been considerable.
He has gained autonomy in hid daily life skills and has also made enormous progress in terms communication. Most of all, he is very happy to go to school every day. His smile every morning before leaving home is the most precious gift to us.
